1. Booking
When booking, please provide us with:

• your credit card number, its expiration date and the three last digits on the back of your card,
• a telephone number and/or an e-mail address so that we are able to contact you before your visit,
• the approximate time of your arrival at Lambert,
• kindly specify if you would wish to have your meal at the Table d’hôtes (dining not available on Wednesdays and Sundays evenings).

2. Prepayment

• For stays of one to three nights, we do not take any advance at the time of reservations but simply check the validity of the credit card. In case of invalidity of the card, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and we will contact you.
• For stays of more than three nights, an amount of € 45.00 per night has to be credited at the time of reservation. In case of invalidity of the card, the reservation will be cancelled and we will contact you.

3. Cancellation

• If you cancel your stay at least 24 hours before the start of the stay, we shall try and re-let your room or suite. If we are able to find a new guest, we do not charge your credit card. If no new guest is found however, we are obliged to charge your card € 45.00 per night as cancellation fee.

• If you cancel your stay less than 24 hours before the start of the stay, we shall try to re-let your room or suite. Again, if a new guest is found, we do not charge you anything. However, if no new guest is found, we are obliged to charge the full cost of the stay to your credit card.

4. Other general conditions

The other general conditions are those of the Conditions générales Gîtes de France pour les chambres d'hôtes adopted, February 1, 1996, by the board of directors of the Fédération Nationale des Gîtes de France, 56, rue Saint-Lazare, 75009 Paris
