The garden

In front of the house and all along its length is a promenade, lined by a long wine arbour that supports different varieties of table grapes.

We are working hard to reconstitute the boxwood hedge, in the original spirit of the house.

South the promenade, an aviary protects our parakees. On the side, an herbaceous border.

The promenade overlooks the vegetable garden. Built around a central basin, the vegetable garden contains aromatic herbs and many small fruit trees for the culinary pleasure of our guests.

Beyond the vegetable garden one can find the clos (part of the wineyard surrounded by stone walls).

At the other end of the clos, an arbour offered, in the past, a charming refuge and a splendid view over the region as well as over the façade of the main house. The arbour will be reconstructed one day, we are already dreaming of it.

Le poulailler Dans le jardin, nos deux chiennes Nema et Viki.

Behind the main house, the poultry yard shelters our hens which provide us with fesh eggs.

In the garden, our two dogs Nema and Viki.
