• Protect the house and outbuildings : some waterproofing works are to be done although the roof is in a very good condition.

• Restructure some rooms : way of life has changed since the 19th century. There were four pantries on the ground floor !

• Modernize : the numerous bathrooms need to be refurbished to welcome our guests.

• Freshening up: some painting everywhere.

• Rejuvenate the park

But we plan also later on to :

• Plant an orchard

• Restore the greenhouse

• Add a swimming pool

• Reorganize the stables

• Add bee-hives

• Recreate a Hen-house
